Service Agreement

Thank you (hereinafter referred to as: user) for choosing MILA. Please abide by this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as: this Agreement) when using MILA.

Before accepting this Agreement, please be sure to read the entire content of this Agreement carefully, especially the exemption or limitation of liability clauses, applicable law and dispute resolution clauses. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using our MILA services immediately. Any use of your services will be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement and your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement together with the MILA operator.

1. Definition

MILA Service: refers to the online transaction and related technical support services provided by the MILA operator to users through the MILA official website and client (hereinafter collectively referred to as MILA and related services).

User: A natural person, legal person or other organization that obtains authorization and numbering through the methods of obtaining authorization, pass account registration, etc. provided by MILA.

2. Intellectual Property Statement

All rights (including copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other related rights) of all MILA technologies, programs, data and other information (including text, icons, pictures, photos, audio, video, charts, color combinations, layout designs, etc.) belong to the MILA operator or have been legally authorized by it. Without the permission of the MILA operator or right holder, no one may use any content in MILA by means of monitoring, copying, dissemination, display, mirroring, uploading, downloading, etc., including through programs or devices such as robots and spiders.

III. User Information

3.1 Users should provide true, complete and correct user information when registering and update user information in a timely manner. True and complete user information will be the basis for MILA to provide more services and the prerequisite for users to obtain legal protection.

3.2 If the user fails to provide true, complete and correct user information or fails to update user information in a timely manner, the user shall bear all losses and responsibilities caused thereby, including but not limited to: loss of account and password, account disputes with others, etc.

IV. Platform User Notice

4.1 Users shall ensure that the information provided when registering, logging in to MILA and using MILA services is true, complete and correct.

4.2 MILA Pass Account:

(1) The ownership of the MILA account belongs to MILA. After the user completes the registration application process, he/she obtains the right to use the account.

(2) The right to use the MILA account belongs only to the initial applicant and registrant. To protect user information and account security, users may not transfer, inherit, rent or sell their accounts. If MILA finds that the user is not the original registrant of the account, MILA has the right to recover the account and does not need to bear any responsibility for the account user.

(3) If there is a dispute between users over the ownership of the account usage rights, MILA will make an independent judgment based on the initial personal registration information. If the real owner cannot be determined due to personal information defects (untrue, incomplete, etc.), MILA has the right to recover the disputed account, and the user shall bear the relevant losses and responsibilities.

(4) Users shall be responsible for keeping the MILA account and password, and shall be fully responsible for all activities under the account and password.

(5) If the user does not use the MILA Pass account for a long time after registration, MILA has the right to recover the account to avoid waste of resources.

4.3 Since the MILA operator is the sole copyright owner of MILA, it has the right to provide paid licenses to users in accordance with the law. Users may not directly or indirectly rent, sell, share (paid/free) MILA services (including free trial services), and MILA will no longer provide any subsequent after-sales service to accounts that have shared. All disputes and losses caused by the user's private transfer shall be borne by the user. At the same time, MILA reserves the right to pursue legal liability for users who violate this agreement.

4.4 If the user finds system loopholes, program bugs, etc., he should promptly report to MILA customer service. If the user exploits system loopholes, program bugs, etc. to obtain improper benefits, MILA has the right to take measures against the relevant accounts, including but not limited to clearing improper gains, closing accounts, etc.

4.5 If the user is under the age of 18 or other person with limited civil capacity, the user should read this agreement and use MILA services under the supervision and guidance of his legal representative, and the legal representative shall complete the registration and use of MILA services on his behalf, and bear the legal responsibilities and all consequences arising therefrom on his behalf.

4.6 If your own rights and interests are damaged due to factors such as entering the wrong account/account binding mobile phone number, the wrong amount, improper operation, or not understanding or not fully understanding the recharge method, the losses caused by this shall be borne by the customer, and our company will not compensate or compensate.

V. Prohibited Behaviors and User Liability

5.1 Users shall use MILA services in accordance with the law and the provisions of this Agreement. Users shall not perform the following acts when using MILA services, including but not limited to:

(1) Deleting all copyright information and content on MILA and other copies without authorization.

(2) Reverse engineering, disassembling and decompiling MILA without authorization.

(3) Using, copying, modifying, linking, reproducing, compiling, publishing, posting, establishing mirror sites, and using software to develop derivative products, works, services related to MILA without authorization.

(4) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating and storing content that violates national laws, endangers national security, national unity and social stability, or any inappropriate, insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent and any content that violates national laws, regulations and policies.

(5) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating and storing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, trade secret rights and other legal rights of others.

(6) Using any material or information containing images or photos obtained using MILA in a manner that infringes on the trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any party.

(7) Any behavior that endangers the security of computer networks, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public computer networks or other computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying or adding stored information; attempting to probe, scan, test the weaknesses of MILA's systems or networks without authorization or other behaviors that undermine network security; attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of MILA systems or websites, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt normal network information services; forging TCP/IP data packet names or partial names.

(8) Using MILA services to directly or indirectly engage in or involve any money laundering, theft and sale of stolen goods, concealment of criminal proceeds, gambling, malicious hoarding and other behaviors expressly prohibited by law.

5.2 Any liability caused by the user's violation of the law or the provisions of this Agreement shall be borne by the user alone and shall not be related to MILA and its partners. If any loss is caused to MILA and its partners as a result, MILA and its partners have the right to demand compensation from the user, immediately stop providing services to the user, keep relevant records, and reserve the right to cooperate with judicial authorities to pursue legal liability.

VI. User Privacy Protection and Disclosure

Respecting and protecting the privacy of user information resources is a consistent system of MILA. By using MILA services, users agree that MILA operators will collect, store, use, disclose and protect users' personal information in accordance with the published privacy policy. MILA operators hope to clearly explain to users the processing of users' personal information through the privacy policy, so users are advised to read the privacy policy in full to help better protect users' privacy rights.

VII. Legal Liability and Exemption

7.1 Users understand and acknowledge that MILA involves Internet services and may be affected by various unstable factors. There is a risk that the service will be interrupted or fail to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other network, technology, communication lines, etc. Users will bear the above risks on their own, and MILA and its partners will not bear any responsibility.

7.2 Users understand and acknowledge that MILA and its partners will not be liable for economic losses caused to third parties such as telecommunications departments due to force majeure such as communication line failures, technical problems, network, computer failures, system instability, etc.

7.3 All third-party software or technologies that MILA may use have been legally authorized. Any disputes arising from third-party software or technology shall be the responsibility of the third party, and MILA shall not bear any responsibility. MILA does not provide customer support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the software or technology provider.

8. Risk Warning

8.1 MILA may suffer from various security issues, such as others using user information to cause harassment in real life; other software downloaded and installed contains viruses such as Trojans, threatening the security of user computer information and data. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and user data protection, pay attention to strengthening password protection, and avoid losses and harassment.

8.2 Any other software, websites and programs derived from MILA that are not developed and officially released by the MILA operator or authorized by the MILA operator are illegal. Downloading, installing and using such software, websites and programs may cause unpredictable risks, and all legal liabilities and disputes arising therefrom have nothing to do with MILA. Users shall not download, install or use such software, websites or programs, otherwise MILA has the right to terminate the user's account.

8.3 Users can only log in and use MILA services through the legal channels provided by the MILA official website and client. Users may not log in and use MILA services in any other way not authorized by the MILA operator, including but not limited to illegal compatible software, programs or other methods not explicitly permitted by the MILA operator, otherwise MILA has the right to terminate the user's account.

IX. Service Adjustment

Users understand and agree that the MILA operator has the right to adjust the content of MILA services according to the development of the Internet industry, but must inform users in advance in the form of an announcement.

X. Changes to the Agreement

10.1 The MILA operator may modify this agreement at any time according to changes in national laws and regulations and the need to maintain transaction order and protect consumer rights. The modified agreement (hereinafter referred to as "modified content") will be notified to users through system announcements or other appropriate means.

10.2 If the user disagrees with the change, the user has the right to contact MILA customer service for feedback before the change takes effect. If the feedback is adopted, the MILA operator will make appropriate adjustments to the content of the change.

10.3 If the user still disagrees with the effective changes, the user shall stop using MILA services from the date the changes take effect, and the changes will not have any impact on the user; if the user continues to use MILA services after the changes take effect, it is deemed that the user agrees to the effective changes.

XI. Others

11.1 The invalidity of any clause of this Agreement in whole or in part shall not affect the validity of other clauses.

11.2 Interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of this Agreement. If any dispute or controversy arises between the user and MILA, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user hereby fully agrees to to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the court where the MILA operator is located.
